The king sized bed was a dream, everything had been provided, even plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Bliss. The only snag was a let-down by Sykes. We had a problem with the boiler, no hot water, the boiler read F75. We tried to contact Sykes but no joy, couldn’t speak to anyone just kept getting “there is a problem”. Even the chat line had a “problem”. I later had a text to say someone from their emergency department would be ringing in 20 minutes. They didn’t. Anyway, we resorted to Google about the boiler problem and managed to fix it ourselves quite easily. This didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the property, we are just disappointed with Sykes.
Thanks for your feedback- I have asked Sykes to investigate the reasons for their failure to provide timely assistance and hope this didn’t in alway spoil your stay
