We are a Local Lake District business offering a wide range of Lake District cottages, apartments and houses; some old, some modern and something for every taste, but ALL within the National Park and therefore in the heart of one of Britain's loveliest corners.
Our Fisherbeck Mill office is most conveniently situated right in the heart of the Lake District and we are very easy to find on Old Lake Road, close to Hayes Garden World and at the top of the Low Fold Car Park.
We are always pleased to see you and will be more than happy to help you choose your holiday home or to take an early reservation for your return holiday during your stay.
If you are in the area and are planning to book your holiday in person please do call in during office hours. We are open Monday to Saturday each week throughout the year, except Bank Holidays. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (5.00pm on Saturdays).
For the added convenience of our customers who stay in the northern part of the Lake District, we also have an office on Lake Road, Keswick. You can call in during your holiday to find out about our latest properties, book your next stay with us, and pick up your Guest Card and Leisure Club pass. Our office hours at the Keswick Office are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturdays and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays.
Many of our regular customers return frequently and many come by recommendation. If you are new to us you will find our staff efficient and helpful and (because we know all our properties personally), able to help you select the best for your own holiday requirements.

- Become a single use plastic free business and achieve Surfers Against Sewage Plastic Free Business accreditation by the end of 2024.
- Inspire and enable 100% of our team to volunteer every year, supporting charities, community projects and social enterprises.
- Enable 100 disadvantaged families to go on holiday in FY23 and work to increase this number every year.
- Positively impact at least 10 community and charity initiatives every year, strengthening existing relationships while building new ones.
