The cleanliness of the home is excellent , the facilities provided are just like being at home especially the fully equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable - we certainly slept well. The place is in a very quiet location but amenities are only a short drive away in Keswick or there is a local shop, within walking distance to Braithwaite. Plenty of nearby walks and the A66 is just down the road so travelling out is no problem. The owners of this property definitely know how to make you feel welcome and have a comfortable stay. We cannot think of anything negative to say - even the weather was kind to us !!!

Thank you for your kind words. We aim to make Kirkstones as nice for us as for our guests so I guess we are doing OK. We are always looking to improve things so come again next year and have a look. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee the weather! Property Owner
