Terms and Conditions
1. This scheme is promoted by Sykes Cottages Ltd, Registration No. 4469189 and whose registered office is at One City Place, Chester, CH1 3BQ, United Kingdom (The “Promoter“).
2. To qualify for the offer: you must sign your property contract between Monday 17th October 2022 and Thursday 27th October 2022, with your property listing live on our website and taking bookings no later than Friday 28th October 2022.
3. Eligible property owners will be able to redeem cashback per eligible property.
4. Please note, cashback will only be payable once the new owner accepts their first booking. The cashback will be transferred to your nominated bank account after your first booking has been secured, in your first monthly payment.
5. This offer is not valid if the property has previously been listed with Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd or Sykes group at any point in the last 12 months.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to reject properties that it deems are not suitable for our portfolio or holiday letting.
7. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the incentive, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion.
