Only provided 4 knives, forks, teaspoons desert spoons, dinner plates, side plates, bowls....insufficient to get thro' a day without continually washing up. Not provided, serving spoons, pan stirrer, draining rack, instruction book for oven, microwave, heating thermostat / controller & kitchen towel.Lighting poor in kitchen area and dining area. Lounge lighting far too bright.
Would not recommend this property, it falls well short of standards expected of Sykes. Was this property inspected by Sykes prior to listing ?
We are very sad to read that you did not enjoy your stay at 3 Eden Lodge, we have worked very hard to ensure our customers have had a nice experience over the last twelve months.
I wish you would have contacted me during your stay (your welcome letter said to ring me if you needed anything at all), to let us know you were unhappy. I could have let you know that a dishwasher is fitted in the kitchen and dishwasher tablets provided which would have prevented you from washing up all the time.
Also in the guest information folder, which was located with your welcome hamper and welcome letter, you would have found all the instruction manuals for the appliances and instructions how to set the heating to how you wished. I could have also let you know that pan stirrers and serving spoons are located in the cupboard above the sink.
