“The boiler didn’t work.”
There was no heating ever and no hot water after 24 hours. When I reported this, some maintenance guys came round and set the immersion heater so we had hot water (and a certain amount of mud traipsed through the property which we cleared up). They said they’d get a proper boiler engineer in but (s)he didn’t come during our stay. Apart from that the cottage is lovely, so lovely that it cries out to have soap and shampoo provided.
Dear Jill, We are sorry that Lakelovers maintenance team left a mess. This is not up to their usual standards. As for the issue with the boiler, we again, can only apologise.
