The property

This cosy modern cottage is located within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre and is also very close to the River Greta, which you can hear babbling away whilst sitting in the rear garden. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished by the owners who regularly visit, which ensures this really is a home from home. Keswick has so much to offer - walks from the door for any age or ability, boat trips on Derwentwater, cinema, live theatre, two lovely parks offering bowls, tennis and putting and various museums and galleries. There are interesting shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy and Keswick hosts many festivals which makes it a year round destination. Accommodation: Entrance into small hallway with space for coats and boots. Doorway through to open plan lounge/dining area with TV, DVD, CD hi-fi, free wi-fi, living flame gas fire in feature surround and views over the garden. Well equipped shaker style kitchen in cream. Door leads from lounge/diner to garden. Upstairs there are two pretty bedrooms - one twin and one double, both with views over the garden. The shower room is decorated in a retro baroque style and has a large shower, basin and wc. The whole house has been tastefully decorated with colours accented by the soft furnishings. Fitted carpets, gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Outside: Patio and landscaped garden to the rear with substantial fence and furniture - ideal for eating out of doors with the sound of the river to keep you company. Parking spaces available in the cul-de-sac area outside the property. Keswick town centre less than half a mile.
