Overview

Willow Green is a beautifully renovated detached property situated in an ideal location just on the outskirts of Keswick town but within walking distance of all amenities.  The house sits in an enviable south facing position with stunning panoramic views of the Borrowdale and Newlands Valleys from the sunny south facing patio and garden and most of the windows in the house.  There are fine walks from the door including the high tops of the Skiddaw range or a good ramble takes you to the summit of Latrigg.

Accommodation: Entrance to the side of the property into small porch area with space to hang coats and leave boots.  The hallway leads to the lounge/dining room with log burning stove, TV with freeview, DVD and free Wi-Fi.  French doors open out from the dining area on to the patio.  Panoramic fell views from the main windows in the lounge and dining room.  At the end of the hallway is the well equipped kitchen fitted with cream shaker style units with contemporary decor and flooring. 

Upstairs there are two spacious and light bedrooms - one with super king zip-link bed (can be made as a twin on request) with TV and a second bedroom with king size bed.  Both rooms have panoramic fell views and are decorated in a modern contemporary style with high quality furniture.

There are two bathrooms - one shower room with oversized shower, basin and wc, and a second bathroom with double ended bath, hand held shower, basin and wc.

The house has been completely refurbished to a high standard, with carefully chosen decor, furnishings and soft fabrics throughout providing a really comfortable home from home at any time of the year.

Outside: South facing patio with furniture and good sized garden with panoramic fell views of Borrowdale and Newlands valley - ideal for eating outdoors or just enjoying the view.  Garage for secure storage of bikes and canoes.  Parking for 3 cars.  Nearest pub half a mile, Keswick centre three quarters mile (20 mins walk).
