Spacious open plan dual aspect lounge/dining room. Dining room has table large enough to seat eight and lounge has flat screen TV with freeview and BT channels, DVD, radio/cd/Bluetooth speaker, free Wi-fi and wood burning stove. Pretty front entrance hallway with Minton tiled floor reflecting the Victorian character of the house with stairs leading up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the first floor half landing is the family bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, basin and wc. Up a couple of steps to two bedrooms - a large master bedroom to the front with super king size bed and luxury en-suite with large shower, basin and wc. Second bedroom has super king size zip and link bed (can be made as twin on request). The third floor has two more bedrooms - a king size room to the front and twin room to the rear. Family bathroom on this floor with large shower with seat, basin and wc.
Furnishings throughout are stylish and carefully chosen with lovely attention to detail and with tasteful colour schemes completing the relaxing ambience. There are fell views from some of the upstairs windows and gas central heating and double glazing make this a home from home in any season.
Outside: Small patio to the rear of the property with seating. On-street parking is usually available nearby. Keswick centre 10 mins walk.
