Open plan L-shaped kitchen/lounge/dining area with stunning views over Keswick, the lake and valley. The property has a 40" FreeSat TV in the lounge paired with an Apple TV set-up box allowing access to all your favourite streaming services. DVD players are available on request. Music can be played through the speakers in every room using your phone or tablet and the free Sonos app. Bedroom on this floor has lake views, kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over bath, basin and wc). Separate shower/steam room. Please note there is a £100 good housekeeping deposit required.
Outside : Derwent has its own outside patio with seating and beautiful views. Shared terraced gardens in beautiful Italian style with cascades, fountains and imaginative planting. Footpaths through the wooded grounds. Free use of the onsite leisure club with pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, health and beauty treatments and small gym. The bistro offers a range of lunch and evening meals, snacks and bar area. This is a sloping site and there are steps and sloping paths in some areas. Parking in the courtyard behind the coach house for one car. Keswick 1 mile down the lane. Walks from the door to Skiddaw summit and Latrigg.
