This bungalow is in an enviable position on the edge of Grasmere village close to the famous Swan Hotel. Bell Foot is set in its own natural garden bounded on one side by Greenhead Gill. This is a lovely spot for either a relaxing or an active stay - the footpaths to Alcock Tarn and the Fairfield Ridge start just up the lane and there is an easy stroll into the centre of Grasmere.

If you are planning a touring holiday you will find all parts of the National Park within easy travelling distance by car and by local buses which stop at the end of the lane. There are two good pubs within easy walking distance. Grasmere village offers numerous eating places and shops for your daily needs.

Accommodation: A few steps down from the driveway lead to the front door. Entrance hall with cloakroom/utility room off. Sitting room has log burner (TV, DVD, video, CD and free wi-fi) and conservatory/dining room with patio door to the garden. Well-equipped breakfast/kitchen. There are three bedrooms - a master bedroom with king-size bed, TV and en-suite with shower, basin and wc, and one further double and one twin. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and wc.

The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with every thought for your holiday comfort. Fitted carpets throughout. Comfortable furnishings in contemporary tasteful colours create a relaxing ambience. Pleasant outlooks from all main windows.

Outside: The good-sized garden areas with patio (garden table and chairs), lawn, mature trees and shrubs offer a good degree of privacy and there is ample parking in the drive for two or three cars. Safe storage for bikes in the garage. Greenhead Gill flows through one side of the garden and the sound of the tumbling stream makes a delightful addition to your holiday.  The Swan hotel/pub 100 yards.  Grasmere village centre approx half a mile.
