From the front porch you step inside to the hallway. Steps lead down to the living areas with a cosy lounge/dining room with gas fire and 49” Ultra HD TV with Sky and BT Sports. The dining area has patio doors opening out on to a covered balcony and overlooks the garden. There is a kitchen and utility with lots of space to keep coats and boots etc. Overlooking the garden is a conservatory. Also on the ground floor is a king-sized double bedroom and a shower room with wash basin and WC. On the first floor there is a king-sized double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin and WC. Both king-sized double bedrooms have 32” TVs with Sky Q including Sky Sports.
Driveway and parking for up to three cars. Bikes and outdoor gear can be stowed in the outbuildings. Terraced gardens with patios, covered gas barbeque and garden swing seat.
Please note: Due to the proximity of Stock Ghyll Beck that flows beyond the fence at the bottom of the garden, the owners respectfully remind guests, that children should not be left unattended in the garden.
There is a £200 Good Housekeeping deposit payable with the final balance which will be refunded subsequent to departure.
