a review about Garden Cottage in Ambleside
Garden Cottage
Ambleside, Ambleside/Troutbeck
We recently stayed at this lovely little cottage and really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, it was all to a high standard and immaculately clean. It was lovely to watch deer, herons, woodpeckers and buzzards all from the rear of the Cottage. We had a fabulous week and can't wait to go back!Colin & Barbara Rodgers

Loved the cottage and the location. We had a great meal at the Lyth Hotel which has amazing views from the terrace. We will certainly come again!Jane & Mark

Pet Friendly holiday Cottages

Bringing your dog on holiday has never been easier than with Heart of the Lakes. Many of our cottages allow at least one dog and many allow more than one. From the Keswick area in the north lakes to Bowness on Windermere, Coniston, Hawkshead, Langdale, and Ambleside, we have a pet friendly holiday cottage to suit you and your dog!

Many of the local pubs allow dogs into the bar area, see our guide to food and drink in the Lake District for ideas. We have a number of dog owners in the office and we would be glad to share our dog walking routes with you: Grizedale Forest and Tarn Hows are fine destinations for dog friendly exploring.

We know how hard it is to find good pet friendly accommodation and we hope you will enjoy exploring our website to pick your ideal choice.
