This was our third visit to this house and frankly we would be unlikely to want to stay anywhere else in the area. Dunnabeck's location is second to none- you can do all the local sights ( Wordsworth) and lots of walks from the house around Grasmere and Rydal and then you are also perfectly positioned to drive out in all directions to other things- eg this time we went to Levens, Hampsfell and Cartmel, Wray, Buttermere, Castlerrig and Aira Force.Mr and Mrs Richards
