The door lock on the ground floor shower room is broken, but not fixed during our stay.
The drain pipe from the bath in the family bathroom was blocked and had to be cleared.
The mixer tap on the shower in the family bathroom was broken and only produced very hot water - so shower could not be used. This meant that only the en-suite shower could be used for 8 guests during our stay.
The shower door over the bath leaks water and needs a new seal - not fixed.
Thank you for your feedback. We have discussed this with the maintenance department at HOTL and they have apologised for not fixing these issues during your stay-unfortunately there was a miscommunication between Sykes and HOTL resulting in your issues not being actioned.
