“Total disappointment!”

After a long 10 hour drive we were excited to get to our cottage (Crabtree), only to find it was filthy and covered in black Labrador hair.
We had a newborn baby with us and the cleanliness was not acceptable.
Not to mention to damp and mould on the walls!
We also had no hot water in the main bathroom and kitchen!
Luckily we had traveled up to attend our best friend wedding and they had hired out Silverholme, so we had to bath our baby there!
We have filed our complaints with a member of your staff while we were there and the cleaners were sent back in. We we arrived back it stunk of dog and was still as dirty as before! We were then told it was the cleaning staffs last day and that was why it wasn’t up to scratch!! We were told we would receive compensation but we have still had no response.
