The property

The Owl's Shack is a stunning, detached lodge located near Garnett Bridge, Cumbria, beside the River Sprint. The Owl's Shack is ideal for a family of six looking to escape to The Lake District National Park. This special bespoke property is sure to impress, situated in tranquil countryside but close to local villages and numerous walking opportunities. Three off-road parking places greet you upon arrival, along with stunning views of the surrounding country; sheep can even be seen grazing in the fields. Inside, you'll discover a beautifully furnished, open-plan living room with a woodburning stove that tempts you to cosy up in front of the Smart TV.  After you've relaxed for a while, head over to the kitchen, where you'll be able to cook up great meals with ease owing to its fabulous array of appliances. When dinner is served, gather around the table to enjoy it with a glass of wine and discuss the day's adventures. When it's time to sleep, retire to one of the three magnificent bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds and en-suite shower facilities, while the third has a bunk bed that's ideal for the kids! The garden, an enclosed location with great views of the fells, is a highlight of the accommodation, making it a perfect spot to return to at the end of a long day. Cocks Close Estate

Cocks Close Estate is a 24 acre exclusive estate with half a mile of the River Sprint on one side and views up to the Fells and Mountains of the eastern Kentmere range on the other. The estate includes, ancient woodlands, pastureland and a 1 acre tarn.
