Properties at Underscar, all of which are furnished and equipped to the highest standards, sleep from 2 to 4+2 or 6+2 people in one, two or three bedrooms. Those with two and three bedrooms offer the additional facility of a sofa bed for the +2.

Each property is built on a split level to make the most of the views and each offers the following facilities: A spacious living/dining area with modern and well-equipped kitchen adjoining. A master double bedroom finished in Italian cherry woods and with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom finished in marble, stainless steel and chrome.

The second bathroom has a double sized shower/steam room - surely the ultimate form of relaxation after a walk on the fells. The heated floors in most bathrooms add to the feeling of luxury. There are fitted carpets throughout, gas central heating and hot water, also a drying cabinet for your outdoor gear.

Two and three bedroom properties have a master double and either one or two twin bedded rooms. Where a sofa bed is offered as part of the sleeping accommodation this will be in a separate recessed part off the main living area.

Award winning interior designers have introduced a feeling of originality and style; a modern look and feel of the highest quality with an informal and relaxed atmosphere - a true blending of the old and new. There are panoramic lake and mountain views from the main windows.

In-house entertainment is provided by two stereo TV's (one each in the lounge and master bedroom), recordable DVD player, satellite receiver, and state of the art multi-room controller for the CD player and radio tuner - your choice of music can follow you throughout your home.
