The Conservatory commands fine panoramic views to the south and west taking in the Borrowdale hills, a glimpse of Derwentwater, Catbells and Causey Pike, Grisedale Pike and beyond.

This spacious apartment is part of a former gentleman's residence set in a peaceful location with extensive grounds for relaxing and an abundance of walks from the door. It is situated only two miles from Keswick, where there are plenty of shops and varied restaurants, as well as the very popular Theatre by the Lake with live theatre all year.

Guests at The Conservatory have full use of the exclusive facilities at Oxley's at Underscar which is only a mile away from the property - with pool, sauna, sanarium, health and beauty studio, fitness room and bar/bistro. This apartment, with its tranquil setting and relaxing feel, offers the ideal retreat after a busy day of walking and sightseeing.

Accommodation: The Conservatory is on two floors. The main living area is on ground level and the bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. You enter the building via the conservatory which is the kitchen/dining room so you can sit there, dine and enjoy the breathtaking views. Three steps lead up to a spacious lounge (TV, DVD, video, CD player, wireless internet access), which has an open fire and two large windows where you can also sit and take in the dramatic views. Off the inner hallway there is a cloakroom with basin and wc.

Stairs down from the hallway lead to the lower level where there is also a laundry room and a back door. The master bedroom is a spacious room with a super king-sized double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower over, basin and wc) and a separate dressing room with cot. The second bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room (shower, basin and wc). The Conservatory is comfortably furnished throughout with fitted carpets. Electric storage and instant heaters.

Outside: Private parking for one car and shared additional parking. Extensive shared gardens with terrace and pond. Sitting out area where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views.
