Accommodation: The barn has some interesting features. Slated roof offers shelter at the front door. Stairs from the hallway to the enormous living/dining room on the upper floor and a fine pitched roof supported by a wealth of cruck-beams (open fire, TV, DVD). Breakfast kitchen off the lounge is fitted in oak.
The sitting room and kitchen take up the whole of the upper floor and stairs
from the lounge lead down to the lower floor, hallway and front door. On this
lower floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. Smart bathroom
(bath, shower over, basin and wc).
The owners, who own the adjoining cottage, have worked hard to preserve the
character of this lovely old building whilst providing their guests with the
comfort of much double glazing and storage heaters throughout. Fitted carpets.
Outside: Large gated natural garden bordered by a stream. Ample parking for two cars.
