Mountain Ash is a pretty end of terrace cottage which has some beautiful views of the Coniston fells from the rear of the house, and excellent walking from the door. It is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with attractive gardens on three sides, just two minutes level walk from Coniston village.

Coniston has a choice of local restaurants, cafes, gift shops and pubs and excellent walking from the door. Keen walkers will enjoy Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam, and for the not so adventurous you can enjoy a nice level walk to Coniston water and a trip on the Steam Gondola or even hire your own boat.

Accommodation: Honeysuckle covered entrance porch into hallway with space to hang coats etc. Door off hallway to good sized lounge with TV, DVD, video, mini hi-fi and open fire. Dining kitchen with modern well equipped shaker style kitchen and door to rear patio garden.

Stairs lead from the hallway to three bedrooms - a twin and a single to the front of the house, and a double to the rear with views of the fells. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and wc.

The property has mostly fitted carpets throughout and gas central heating and hot water. Furnishings are comfortable and are in a modern country style with co-ordinated decoration and fabrics.

Outside: The front and rear of the property have gravelled sitting-out areas with garden furniture. Church beck runs adjacent to the garden (children will need supervision). There is private parking for one car to the side of the property.
