This detached barn has been converted sympathetically to retain all its character and charm whilst providing all the comforts of the 21st century - ideally suited for two couples wishing to stay together or for one couple looking for a romantic hideaway.

Situated in the tiny hamlet of Dockray, only one and a half miles from Ullswater Lake, you will be well placed to enjoy walks from the door suitable for all ages and abilities, including nearby Aira Force. There are lots of other activities to do in the area and at nearby Rookin Hall including sailing, canoeing, archery and horse riding.

Accommodation: Tiled entrance hallway with space to hang coats and leave boots, and doors leading off to both bedrooms. Two good sized double bedrooms - one has en-suite shower, basin and wc. Main shower room also leading off hallway with shower, basin and wc.

Stairs lead to a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with feature A-frame beams with wooden and tiled floors (TV with Sky Freeview and DVD). There are French doors which lead out onto the patio area with views of open farmland and fells in the distance.
