We are pleased to introduce this lovely 'sleeps 2' character cottage which has recently been refurbished and has all the ingredients for a great Lakeland holiday. We are sure Keeper's Cottage will soon prove to be very popular in any season.

Set towards the end of a little access-only lane the cottage will make a relaxing destination for any couple looking for a Lakeland retreat. There are walks from the door for the adventurous or the easy going - indeed one of the most challenging of Lakeland walks will take you right from the door to the top of Helvellyn via Striding Edge.

Don't miss a cruise on beautiful Ullswater Lake where you can take a steamer ride to Howtown with a walk back along the east side of the lake, or spend a full day sailing up to Pooley Bridge for lunch in a local pub or café. Glenridding makes a good base with shops for daily supplies and a few nice eating places all within walking distance.

Accommodation: Character features have been retained with lots of beams etc. Front door into living/dining kitchen with cosy stove and comfy seating. Upstairs there is a good double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Wooden flooring throughout with rugs.

Outside: Pretty garden and parking for one car. Short walk to the beautiful Ullswater Lake, good pubs and local shops close by. There are lovely views from the front of the cottage.
