Located right on the edge of Patterdale village, the shop and pub are only a few minutes level walk, the property has open aspects across the neighbouring fields with glimpses of the lake beyond.
Nearby Ullswater Lake can offer activities such as lake cruises across to Howtown, and boat hire, and there is an abundance of walking to be enjoyed from the door including some easy valley rambles or for the more adventurous Striding Edge leading to Helvellyn.
