Beckslea is a newly built, luxury, mainly ground floor apartment nestled in a quiet location in Braithwaite Village - it is ideal for two people in any season. This property certainly has the "wow" factor and great thought has been given to provide the holidaymaker with a real home from home - space is in abundance and it has a lovely light and airy feel with some fell views from the front windows, and garden and river views to the rear.

There are many walks from the door in the delightful countryside including the Grizedale Horseshoe, and lots of outdoor activities for the energetic including orienteering and mountain bike trails in Whinlatter Forest. Braithwaite has good pubs, restaurants, and a well-stocked local shop. Nearby Keswick offers all main shopping and entertainment, year round live theatre, lake cruises and much more.

Accommodation: Entrance into hallway with space to hang coats. Hallway leads off to the left where you will find the spacious open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen being very light with triple aspect windows and patio door to the garden. The kitchen is very stylish and well-equipped with oak style shaker units and under floor heating. The lounge has contemporary style furnishings with large leather corner sofa, large flat screen TV with Sky family package, video and DVD player.

There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom - bath with power shower over having two separate shower heads, wc, basin, and under floor heating. At the opposite end of the hallway to the lounge is the bedroom with king-size bed and a pleasant outlook to the distant fells. A staircase from the hallway leads to a quiet reading room with restricted headroom and velux windows on both sides of the roofline with some views.
