Ambleside offers an abundance of walking for all ages and abilities straight from the door of the apartment - so no need to use the car on a daily basis. There is also a host of shops, restaurants, pubs and two cinemas all just a short walk from the property.

Accommodation: Entrance to the side up a couple of steps to the front door. Vestibule area with space to leave walking gear, also a separate wc. Well equipped kitchen fitted in oak. Spacious and light living/dining room with large flat screen TV with basic Sky channels, DVD player and living flame gas fire. Good size bedroom with 5ft king-size bed, fitted cupboards and door to the back garden. Large en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and wc.
The property is spacious and comfortable with co-ordinated fabrics and soft furnishings. Gas central heating and hot water and fitted carpets throughout.
Outside: Parking for one car in a designated space in the driveway. Pleasant garden landscaped with all weather grass and patio with furniture - a delightful place to sit and relax after a hard day walking or sightseeing.
ALSO if you would like to bring your horse on holiday with you, the owner has 2 stables with grass turnout in the Troutbeck Valley 3 miles from the apartment available to rent - please ask for details when booking Afton.
