We are a small family business offering a wide range of holiday homes, cottages, apartments and houses; some old, some modern and something for every taste, but ALL within Central Lakeland and therefore in the heart of one of Britain's loveliest corners.

Our Fisherbeck Mill office in Ambleside is most conveniently situated right in the heart of the Lake District and we are very easy to find on Old Lake Road, close to Hayes Garden World and at the top of the Low Fold Car Park.

We are always pleased to see you and will be more than happy to help you choose your holiday home or to take an early reservation for your return holiday during your stay.

If you are in the area and are planning to book your holiday in person please do call in during office hours. We are open Monday to Saturday each week throughout the year, except Bank Holidays. Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm (5.00pm on Saturdays) and the telephone number is 015394 32321. We also have a brochure kiosk in the centre of Ambleside.

For the added convenience of our customers who stay in the northern part of the Lake District, we also have an office at 6 Packhorse Court, Keswick. You can call in during your holiday to find out about our latest properties, book your next stay with us, and pick up your Guest Card and Leisure Club Card. Our office hours at the Keswick Office are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturdays and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays and the telephone number is 017687 75544.

Many of our regular customers return frequently and many come by recommendation. If you are new to us you will find our staff efficient and helpful and (because we know all our properties personally), able to help you select the best for your own holiday requirements.
